License Agreement

LICENSE AGREEMENT:

Between the Developer and the Buyer of the Price Master Module

1. Definitions

1.1 Developer - a company or individual providing the "Price Master" module for OpenCart.

1.2. Buyer – an individual or legal entity purchasing a license to use the "Price Master" module.

2. License

2.1. The Developer grants the Buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the "Price Master" module for OpenCart for a period of 1 year.

2.2. The cost of the first license is 80 USD.

2.3. The license is issued for one domain name. After the license expires, the "Price Master" module will stop functioning unless the Buyer renews the license.

2.4. License renewal for 1 year is possible for an additional fee of 30 USD.

2.5. The license includes updates to the Price Master module and technical support during the license term.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Developer

3.1. The developer reserves the right to block the license in the following cases:

  • If attempts to distribute the "Price Master" module without the consent of the Developer are detected.
  • When attempts to hack or change the code of the "Price Master" module are detected.
  • When attempts to use the "Price Master" module on multiple domain names are detected.

3.2. The developer has the right to collect information about the operation of the "Price Master" module in order to improve its quality. The collected data is used only to improve the quality and operation of the module and is not transferred to third parties.

3.3. To check the license, the Price Master module periodically contacts the Developer's server. If the module cannot establish a connection with the Developer's server within 24 hours, the module will temporarily stop working until the connection is restored.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Buyer

4.1. The Buyer undertakes to use the "Price Master" module in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

4.2. The Buyer has no right to transfer the license to third parties, copy, modify or distribute the "Price Master" module without the prior permission of the Developer.

5. Disclaimer

5.1. The Developer shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from the improper use of the "Price Master" module by the Buyer.

6. Termination of License

6.1. The license may be terminated by the Developer in the event of a breach of the terms of the agreement by the Buyer.

6.2. Upon termination of the license, the Buyer is obliged to delete the "Price Master" module and all its copies.

7. Final Provisions

7.1. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Developer's country of residence.

7.2. All disputes and disagreements arising in connection with this agreement shall be resolved in court at the location of the Developer.
